Daryl Crosthwaite has over 34 years of experience representing clients in worker’s compensation claims, Social Security claims, and personal injury matters. He is a seasoned litigator in both state and federal courts and possesses extensive knowledge of the administrative law process. Daryl’s naturally competitive nature and enthusiasm for his work drive him to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
His vast background includes representing clients before the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, the Industrial Commission of Ohio, the Court of Common Pleas, the First District Court of Appeals, the 10th District Court of Appeals, the 12th District Court of Appeals, the Social Security Administration, the Office of Hearing Operations, the Appeals Council, and the United States District Court.
Daryl has a passion for the game of football. When he is not in the courtroom, you can either find him on the field as an Official for the Kentucky High School Athletic Association, or as a Game Day Administrator and Instant Replay Field Operator for the National Football League. During his free time, he loves to travel with his family, play golf, spend time outdoors, and root for his favorite local sports teams—the Cincinnati Reds, FC Cincinnati, and the U.C. Bearcats.
