A few of our satisfied clients
Mark Summers was extremely helpful during the entire workers compensation process. He was recommended by a family friend and made me very comfortable through the entire process. Everyone inside the office is helpful as well with documentation and items you may need throughout the process.
I would like to acknowledge and show my sincere appreciation to the Casper and Casper attorney-at-law firm in Middletown, Ohio—especially to my attorney, William P. Allen, and his legal assistant, Heather Regoli, for their outstanding work and support. I was involved in a terrible auto accident last year with serious injuries and my car was destroyed by a woman running a red light. I appreciate everything William and Heather have done for me. They are an outstanding company and have helped me in every way.
I appreciate your kind letter and personal note. I remember when you first visited me at Stone Creek Rehab. In Nov. 201 and I had the “horse collar” on. It has been a long journey since. I thought you and Heather handled the claim very professionally – I not being experiences in this specialty although a lawyer. The paperwork with Medicare and Anthem was staggering. But Heather always greeted me with a pleasant voice – saying we will take care of this. I know you worked hard in getting a good settlement after the first “low ball” offer. Your advice on going to court was well thought out and convinced me. I also appreciated you coming to my house.
I went to Casper & Casper because I had a surgery that my work refused to add to my worker’s compensation claim. After several appeals, we finally went to trial. I had the pleasure of working with Dan Allnutt as my attorney. I met with Dan several times and he always kept me informed on what was going on with the case. We had discussed several options but he knew my ultimate goal was to get the additional condition allowable on my claim. After almost 3 years, we went to trial. He knew I was very nervous about this but reassured me everything would be fine. I believe it was his hard work on my case that got this approved. His closing arguments left nothing for the jury to ponder. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me over the last few years. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a trial attorney for their worker’s compensation case.
I am pleased to write a letter for recommendation for William Allen of Casper & Casper Attorneys. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs legal help. They handled my accident claim and worked hard until they got me taken care of. I was very happy with the outcome.
Dear Casper & Casper, I just wanted to thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for all that your staff has done on my behalf. You all stated at the onset of this case that you did not think we would win, but obviously you made that happen. The odds were against us, and the amount of money was minimal, but you graciously agreed to take it on because you said it was the right thing to do. You all have been so gracious and kind, and made the legal system work for me. I truly know that without all of your time and trouble that I would have been (as the saying goes), left out in the cold.
My wife and I are so happy we hired Casper & Casper. We were rear-ended while riding a motorcycle and tried to handle the claim ourselves with no success. It got so bad dealing with the insurance company that we couldn’t even get the adjuster to return our calls… and the statute of limitations was running out on our claim.
That’s when we called Casper & Casper attorney William Allen. He took our case at the last minute and filed suit to protect our rights. We are very satisfied with the results.
We truly appreciate Will, and his assistant Heather, who helped us through the frustrating process of dealing with insurance companies and their defense attorneys. I only wish we had contacted them sooner.
