A 3rd generation Casper attorney, Steven Casper joined Casper & Casper as an Associate in 2009 after studying Sports Business at Ohio University, and Law at the University of Dayton. Steven focuses his practice on Social Security Disability, where he is able to focus his efforts on helping those who are most in need. Steven has a proven record of success for ensuring his clients receive the benefits and awards they are entitled to for their disabilities. He takes pride in understanding the importance of communicating clearly and effectively with his clients throughout the legal process. Steven feels strongly that every client should be treated fairly, equally, and with the respect that they deserve as a unique individual. He is intent on seeing that each client receives unsurpassed service, and believes that everyone deserves quality representation.
An ardent supporter of universal health care, Steven takes pride in helping his clients navigate the complex nature of Medicaid and Medicare. He makes sure that his clients have the access, knowledge, and resources to obtain the medical treatment that they require. He believes that the disabled are the group of Americans who have the least political voice, and strives to be that voice for them.
Steven is an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, who play a large role in shaping the policies of the Social Security Administration. Steven has also given a number of talks in front of large groups of local doctors to help them understand the social security disability process.
Steven, his wife, and two children live in Mason, Ohio. He loves spending every minute outside of work with his children, and hopes one day that they follow their own path in choosing a career where they too can help others. Steven’s passions outside of work and family include his two dogs, the Cincinnati Reds, and the Cincinnati Bengals. He loves playing golf, and hopes to one day play St. Andrews.
