For the last three decades, Sanford Casper has been specializing in workers’ compensation law. With an unparalleled attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of this complex arm of the legal system, Sanford has dedicated his practice solely to helping those who have been injured on the job. He feels it’s the best way to help deserving people, and represents each client ethically and in the same way he would want his family treated. He is fully committed to every individual case throughout the entire workers’ compensation process, including administrative hearings, appeals and circuit court. Moreover, Sanford has a proven record of success for ensuring his clients receive the benefits and awards they are entitled to for their suffering.
Ironically, Sanford did not always intend to become an attorney. After studying political science as an undergraduate, he spent time working as a reporter, an animal care medical assistant and an independent record store proprietor. But that wasn’t enough to fulfill his desire to truly help people in need, so he entered the practice of law. He now leverages his versatile background and his passion for process on behalf of his clients. A strong proponent of universal health care, Sanford believes society should be judged by how it treats its members least able to support themselves.
Sanford and his wife live in Montgomery, Ohio. They have two successful sons, one of whom is a Casper & Casper associate, the other a marine biologist physician in Washington, D.C. Outside of the law, Sanford’s passions extend to the Reds and Bengals.
